Graphic bugs everyone is experiencing in trials but mostly Kyne's aegis PS4

Since the new patch, PS4 pve instances cause graphic bugs. Most prominent in Kyne's aegis (on veteran difficulty, not sure about normal) but can also happen in other trials.

My guild has experienced it as well. First the sound drops out, then the framerate [snip] the bed. It is experienced by everyone in the instance. sigh. Literally unplayable.
