Engulfing flames is not procing seething fury for me

Anyone else having this issue? Two days ago Engulfing flames(fiery breath) stopped counting towards seething fury for molten whip. Burning embers gives stack no problem. Not sure what is going on.
Veit ég aðég hékk vindga meiði á nætr allar níu, geiri undaðr og gefinn Oðni, sjálfr sjálfum mér, á þeim meiði er manngi veit hvers hann af rótum rennr.

    They never were and this problem just started

    Nevermind. It's because I had whip on both bars (Leveling). 4 years and this is my first magdk. Thanks @kathandira . I should really take extra care reading tool tips
