Am I the only one to suffer this BUG by seems to occur mainly in PVP
At times, without knowing why, I cannot attack with my weapon, nor even throw a spell, however when I click on the key of a spell, I see the recognition of the spell with the blinking of the spell in my build, but nothing happens...
I evoke a spell, but of course, it is impossible for me to activate the other spells as well
The only thing I can do at this moment is to walk around....
Has anyone ever had this problem? What if by some miracle, a solution exists?
Sounds like what I've seen it a bit on my character during MM. Try to use a skill, have the skill animation start up but never finish, skill never being used, fps, ping and other people on the screen all seeming fine. I could still dodge, block and light attack, but that was it. No idea what causes it or how to fix it, good old rolldodge didn't seem to help, a few times it went away on its own, another time I died and after ressing I could use skills again. It's definitely extremely annoying.
I don't remember ever seeing it before (granted, my last PvP experience prior this MM was several years ago), very curious as for what's causing it.

It still seems the only fix to this issue is to dodge roll.
PvP performance since Greymoor dropped has actually been better than before. Personally I've given ZoS tons of backlash for performance but I can't fault them at present.
If it's as bad as you say it is, which sounds more a fairy tale than an actual problem then wait for the new patch to drop with increased improvements.
