missed crown store merch (Just put everything up...)

Is there no other way to access previous missed crown store items... Like skins and costumes. Its super frustrating the only way to get it is if it randomly pops up at the store, it's not even up long enough. It's such an odd set up just put everything in the store and let us buy it at will.

I wish. ZOS is a big fan of that "artificial scarcity" merchandising strategy, though, unfortunately.

*** strategy seeing how there only up for a few days... I have crowns I'm willing to spend on things not available in the store.

Welcome to the club. I started a year ago, and there's loads of things I'm not able to get because of that. There are several things that haven't been available for well over a year at this point.

I get the idea of FOMO. I do have a few costumes I'm thinking about, but if I saw them get a timer I'd jump to get them. But there's also a point where things have been out of the store for so long that all of the people who joined never got the chance - they can't be affected by FOMO because they already missed out.

Take things that have been out of the store for over a year: If they're getting an influx of new players with each chapter, that means there's been a bunch of players who entered with Elsweyr and a bunch who came from Greymoor, and none of them even had the opportunity to buy some things. Is it likely they would spend crowns on some things? What good is artificial scarcity if we have no way of getting these cosmetics after a certain point. It's pixels collecting dust and making no money for anyone.

Another thing is if you're on vacation and miss a weekend something's up. There's no way to buy it out-of-game, so you just miss it since you don't have access to the game for three days.

I'd like if there were more rotations in the store. If something's been out for over a year, it's probably time for it to come back for a bit. It'd also make people more likely to look at the store if they knew there was gonna be something new in there, which could also drive up sales. I can't remember the last time I looked at the hairstyles tab since it's been the same since I started (well, except for the one style that disappeared without a notice - we need warnings on things!), so now I have no impetus to buy one of the other styles either. Saves me money if I don't need to buy things... but me saving my money doesn't help ZOS.

Hopefully we can see some new stuff soon. Really hoping for some of the PTS hairstyles (that they keep using in the marketing pics!) to finally show up in the store...

By making items available for a short period of time it creates a sense of urgency which increases sales. You can try filing a support ticket. I did that in the past for a house I wanted. It takes awhile and isn't guaranteed
