ZOS - If you're going to nerf the skill with a bug fix (making it harder to hit the max stored damage) perhaps you should compensate us by adding one of these to the skill:
1. Major Sorcery for six seconds on activation.
2. having Purifying Light also remove negative effects from us when we stand in the healing light.
