Hello,
Once U27 goes live, what mag dps should I make and what sets
should I get?

I'm asking because my main (stamplar) is going to die after ZOS pushes the update, so I don't wanna waste anymore time.

Why is your stamplar going to die? Deadly Strikes seems to be staying the way it does and I'm sure even with Lokkestiiz and Relequen nerfs there is another set for you to use with it.

How will your stamplar die? I am a stamplar as well...Thrassian will now be extended to weapon damage as well aren't u happy?

Thrassian is also garbage now though. What's the point if the stacks don't persist from one encounter to the next? xD

Thrassians is basically dead.

In terms of sets, they have been nerfed, especially Relequen. They could have changed it like Siroria, which has been improved by making it slightly less potent but more reliable and usable.

The major issues come from the class changes themselves: slower and clunkier weaving with jabs (which result in a dps loss), ritual losing its healing, making it a boring endless hail with a syngery, and empowering speeds now has a cast time, making it clunkier to weave, resulting in a dps loss. Not too sure about burning light.

Thus, I'm really considering maining a mag dps.

I like how mag sorc are looking. Frags proccing from themselves means u use frag every 3~ skills instead of 4~ on front bar.
Apologies it seems like people tested and the wording in PTS patch notes were wrong. Either way I hope it is a bug

@zvavi I hope it was made clear by now that frag procs can not proc itself. Only the hardcast can and nobody will use it even after the change, since nothing about it really improved.

Go on the PTS or aka toads wild ride.... Things change and your feedback could be part of that.

Go with who you like to play. Stamplar is currently no meta either. Stamcro pulls the highest dps now and after the patch if it stays as is.
