Since there is a pretty big Patch applying currently, are there any patch notes for this one, I can't see any at Patch Sub-forums.

Patch notes are usually posted around the end of a maintenance while patch itself may be available earlier. Keep an eye on the dev tracker https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/tracker

The patch is not big. It took seconds to download. Applying it takes time, but that's just your computer struggling to make small changes to some inconveniently large files on the hard drive.
