More Wayshrines

we have heard it before. There are many areas in the game were wayshrines are few and far between. Certain areas stick out because we dread that extra long travel time. I would like to suggest added extra wayshrines to certain areas of the game. Here are a few areas that I noticed need wayshrines. In northern Murkmire around The Dominus Fatum. in Northern Elsewyr around Cicatrice, Merryvale Farms and Sandswirl Manor. In Western Skyrim around Chiblain Peak, Between Coastal Giant Camp and Giants Coast Ritual Site. In Summerset at Dusk Keep. If anyone has any other suggested locations please feel free to add.

I think nearer to the southern dragons in Northern Elsweyr.

I would sub for life if they added a guild or something like psijics that give you an ability to teleport to anywhere from anywhere. Kind of like the NPCs do at the end of every quest, just popping off and leaving you to trudge back on your own.

    ...Murkmire... Northern Elsewyr...Western Skyrim....Summerset...

You mention all the areas, I think, where more shrines are needed. One or two more shrines would make a big difference, specially to new players or players without fully leveled mounts.

Agreed, completely. The wayshrine positioning in Skyrim is even worse than it was in Elsweyr. I get that they want us to explore, but it's making getting to the ritual sites tedious and irritating when you want to do things a little faster.

Yes, please. Would have been a real time-saver for the Elsweyr prologue dailies where you had to return to some isolated place in Grahtwood every time.

The southern dragons in Southern Elsweyr take way too long to travel too as do the chiblain peak and two north western harrowstorms in Western Skyrim

Am I the only one who thinks shrines are far TOO common? I know of MMOs where you actually have to travel yourself to wherever you want to go...

You already have major gallop and can literally teleport from anywhere, yet still there are complaints.

I guess it’s just “Welcome to the Age of Never Satisfied.”

Technically this is a complaint. The rest are just suggestions to speed up dragons and Harrowstorms hunting.

Stop complaining about my complaining: Every forum everywhere!

But the game could use a few more of those and a few less mountains and cliffs that cut the map.

To be fair, in a few weeks we may not all have Major Gallop anymore if the Vigor swap goes through. From an exploration standpoint, I actually agree that we have a lot of wayshrines. From an ease of use gameplay standpoint, I'd like to see more wayshrines in key locations such as the southern dragons in Elsweyr. The lack of shrines there (as well as the loss of major gallop soon) turns those world events into dead zones. The fact that ZOS didn't even consider this with the release of the Harrowstorms says a lot about how they play their own game. They did come back later to add more to Western Skyrim, but I think in general, world events that require an excessive amount of travel are not a great idea.

If you also have vigor then you should still have major gallop as I think they are just swapping out locations in the skill tree. Is that correct? And yes there are plenty of wayshrines overall but some areas would benefit from one. Nothing worse then traveling to the nearest wayshrine to a dragon or Harrowstorms as soon as you are informed of it being active only to have it finished by the time you get there.

Looks that way. Honesty it’s a good change to setup a new stam toon. Wish they had something easy like this for mages and psijic grinds for mag toons though. I’m still grinding two toons though those.

I want to spend more time travelling and not doing anything useful, NOT!

We need many more well placed wayshrines in several places, just like they added some to the new zone.
