PC/NA Perfect Roe drop rate when fillet fish

I have a addon 'Votan Fish Fillet' that I use when filleting a large number of fish. I filleted over 1000 fish the other day and received only 2 perfect roe. I had 61 perfect roe before I started fillet fish and 63 when it was all done. It has always been the rule of thumb that you get 1 perfect roe per 100 fish, but yesterday it was 1 per 500+ fish filleted. If this is simply a change to the drop rate please let me know. Otherwise, getting only 2 perfect roe for hours of fishing is kind of raw.

(Edit: after doing the entire Cyrodiil Angler on one character today, my Perfect Roe drop rate was 0.81)

I have never gotten anywhere close to 1 roe per 100 fish. It has always been lower than 1 per 200 for me, which would be in line with other gold mat drop rates. Then you have RNG, and I’ve refined over 2,000 of a raw mat at once without a gold temper. It sucks, but it makes up for the times of getting 1 in 100.

This is correct. Also, complaining about RNG isn't a bug.
