I never understood why people hang out around the vulkhel guard shrine when the impresario isn't around...especially since that's 1 of the stuga spots and most of these look like noobs who would get harassed by her

You have this crowd, no players here as the anonymous mob kept you from attacking the boss.
This was an bug on this boss stopping the trash in this boss fight from dying, they was not aggressive but would block your movement and prevent targeted attack on boos.

This started as an Argonian party at the Anchor in Gonfalon Bay, but other races joined as well. I'm the non-tailed fellow in black at the center. As you can see, we're trying to hide a body and a place no guard would think of looking was in plain sight of everyone.
