I have a little problem with my ESO Plus subscription. After prolonging my ESO Plus and logging into my account in game I've noticed that I have no Crowns for purchasing ESO Plus, the amount of Crowns at my account remained the same as it was before the prolonging ESO Plus, and I didn't get Crowns for ESO Plus, but the subscription is active. I've made a ticket to support service, and after asking to wait for 3 days, agent asked to confirm my 17-num STEAM ID and now all I have is 3 days of silence from support.
I don't want to sound rude and mean, but will I ever get my Crowns for ESO Plus or should I just give up already? It's been like 6 days since I made the payment and didn't get Crowns, how long solving the problem will take? Because I can miss some Crown Store goods that I'd like to purchase in this month.

P.S. It's funny that I paid for ESO Plus right in my birthday. Quite a nice present the game gave to me, huh.
