Vampire mount training

Other than through the crown store is there an in game way for a vampire to advance his/her mount training? Most stable masters turn me away.

Just lose one stage with a quick drink you can craft or buy, either use mesmerize on a stablemaster (or any npc you need)

you can use mesmerize on an npc to make them obey?? wow I'll have to try it out
