Oh I hope they'll do something about it. I remember having to talk to an NPC who had decided to sit directly in my bear's belly and the slow moving animal didn't move until I was a good few meters away. So sometimes the bear annoys the wardens too
A simple dismiss button or something would be nice
At least warden bear isn't flapping wings in your face while you are trying to immerse yourself in some quest scene

Hey, guys, did you know assistants can be a problem, too? A couple of times I've stepped into the little Rimmen bank and found an Ezabi sitting at the door. For some reason, she sticks right to it, and for some reason, if you spawn through the door next to her, you get stuck, too. Can't go in, can't go back. I ported to my house to escape! So if I have one of the cats out and I step into a building I always try to make sure they're nowhere near the door.

It's amazing that this problem has not been solved, despite being complained a lot on the forum.

It's kinda weird to summon your personal banker in the bankWhat's the point?

The bear has a tendency to hide between my legs. They did this thing a few updates back. The bear locates right on top of the character when feeling insecure. I think ZOS does this because they know it is a safe place to put it. That needs to stop. Find a spot near the character. Pets should never touch the character and should definitely never take the same exact spot.
Miss Flappy Wings can block interactions, but she does it intermittently. I find that more annoying, even without with the wings flapping through the scene when talking to NPCs. Again, ZOS needs to find a place near the character, preferably well away from the character, for the pets. At all times.
1) Pets crowd the characters. Move the pets away from the characters.
2) Pets that cannot be targeted block things that can be targeted. Allow players to interact with anything behind the pet as if the pet was not there.
Sometimes a person doesn't have the luxury of dismissing their pets or stepping away from interactable things. If an issue comes up irl that requires immediate attention then there's a good chance a person's mind is going to be on that issue and not moving their character or something. If you are going to go AFK do everybody a favor and either put your pet away or step away from anything another player may wish to interact with. Isn't that difficult to take two steps to the right before going to grab a snack.

Someone "sniped" your regular kiosk? Have a few bears afk there.
Want to shut down the anniversary event? A few bears on the chef NPC that gives the cake.
Park a bear on the 100k coin in Solitude just for kicks so people can't pick up the lead.
These are all things that can be done currently due to the disastrous way bears block interactions. ZOS, wake up and fix the issue before it becomes a much larger issue.
Very easy solution!
Fine and bounty for any pet in cities.
