With the new vampirism many magical classes are now melee, is this the class balancing idea that ZOS looking for?
To further emphasize this concept in the new dlc there are already sets that use blood skills ..
Maybe I'm wrong and you have to see vampirism as an addition to the game, but given the passives i don't think a player with vampirism can then afford to play range.
Now we need a range skill for WW to have a real balance. :)
What do you think?
When a new trial that takes advantage of ranged combat? Or are the new bosses destined to be faced in melee?

We were always mostly melee to get heals/buffs/synergies.

Yeah, endgame vet trials stack in melee distance. All the vCR, vSS, vMoL, vHoF does melee distance stacking, only vAS where you keep ranged distance.

For the greater part, yes. Most dps will be within melee range. In trials this has been the case for a while, stacking everyone into close range is basically the way to go for nearly every trial encounter. What's different this patch is that mag performs really well in melee range due to certain skills and items in scenarios outside of trials too.
