Character Creation Game Crash

When trying to create a character, no matter how far along the process I am, after about 3-5 minutes the game crashes. Has anyone else had this happen and if so, what did you do to get around the crashing?

    I would suggest doing two things.

    1. Repair the client via the launcher.
    2. Do a complete shut down then start your PC. Do not use the restart option as that does not due a true complete shutdown.

    Thanks, but I'm on XBox. I actually ended up getting lucky and was able to finish making a character on my 7th try.

    As the OP has finally been able to create a character without crashing, we are going to close the thread since the issue is now resolved.
