Horrible Server Performance

No surprise. As expected, the game is near unplayable during the event. Twice in the past two hours, I've been kicked from the server...neither time was even with a lot of people around. The first time was after we took the keep but I died, respawned dead and then got kicked. Second time a small group of us took a keep with little resistence. My character skills froze, got kicked before the AP tick and then got kicked.
Both times it took so long to get back in (multiple attempts) that I had to re-queue.
ZOS literally has no clue how to make Cyrodiil work.
