What Stays in Effect When You're A Werewolf

I know that set effects stay in effect when you turn into a werewolf. If you have dual axes do you still get the 8% chance to apply bleed and any poison that might be coating them?

    -Item Traits
    -Item Enchants (Armor, Weapons, Jewelry)
    -Slotted Poisons
    -Armor Set bonuses
    -Armor Passives
    -Racial Passives
-Class, Guild, World Passives (that don't require slotting or using line abilities)
    -Alliance War Passives
    -CP bonuses and passives
-Any buffs that you cast on your character before you transform will remain until the buff duration expires
-You can not craft or transmute as a werewolf
-You can use seige and repair it but you can't deploy it (Cyrodiil)
    -You can't mount
    -You can't sneak
-You can repair walls and Doors (Cyrodiil)
-Crafting passives that increase effectiveness of food, drink, potions ect.
    -Weapon passives do not

Any abilities that were on your bar when you transformed are not considered active anymore and will act like unslotting of that ability. (Pets, toggles.)

Why are weapon passives not included?

The logic is that you transformed into using claws so you can't hold weapons. I don't know why logic is applied there but not to several other places but it is.

They're applying logic to a fantasy game?

At moment of transformation, Hircine applies the same traits and enchants to your main claw and off claw as were applied to your weapons. But he does not apply the passives because he is a Daedric Prince and they just enjoy being jerks sometimes.

So to clarify the OP's question, the Axe bleed passive would NOT apply while in werewolf form?

But the traits of the individual weapons on the transformation bar would (such as Nirnhoned, Sharpened, etc.)?

I have never played a WW so I am also curious.

    1. No, Axe bleed won't work on WW, as it is a weapon passive - and this does not carry over to WW form.
    2. Yes, weapon traits do carry over to WW form.
