Is a pure bow/bow class viable now? and if yes what would be the best class for a easy bow/bow build?

You'd need to explain what sort of content you were planning on doing, and at what level.

It's viable but not recommended, with a decent rotation and gear pulling 20k+ is totally doable which will easily clear all normal dungeons and overland content, should be fine for base game vet as well, BUT if you are score pushing or doing trials and DLC vet it will be much harder.
Basically you are just limiting the skills you can use.
If you want to do it, Warden is probably the best class. They have a ranged stam spamable and the bear, plus I think the most stam skill morphs.
Another option is doing it as a stam healer on a warden. You'll get *** for being a healer spamming bow light attacks and no resto but it's pretty effective and the healing ult is super cheap.
So yes it's viable, and honestly any class could do it, but Warden would be the best and it will never be as good as running either dw or 2h just because you will have fewer skills to choose from.

My recommendation would be to play how you want but really practice light attack weaving and getting a rotation down. If you get that down you'll be doing better dps than most players, and it will be more than enough for most content, but people might give you ***.
