Try doing a complete shutdown and then start the PC again. Do not use the restart option as that does not do a try shut down and fresh shart.

Strange I reset the browser settings and everything but getting that 404 error

Try clearing cache/history and such. That can create issues with accessing some websites.

Edit: Probably restart the browser after clearing everything out.

Just did that and unfortunately still getting 404'ed, I even changed browsers and went to the website but still the same

Yeah my pc could be messing up the page since it opens just fine on my phone, really weird. Thanks for the help!
