Got the code email and it worked.
Probably just me never ever visiting ingame Crown Store if I can avoid it, but I could not find any obvious ingame Crown store "Redeem Reward Code" to click. Is it really there somewhere? (PC not Steam.) I just stuffed it in Redeem code @ https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/users/account instead.
Isn't it a bit early to worry? Codes were promised to be sent during July and July has barely started
I've got priority inbox (gmail), so my code was in the 'promotions' section (Primary/Social/Promotions).
Agree it should have been automatically applied.
You only had to tick the "I would like to receive news about new events and promotions" box, right? I left the "See more relevant ZeniMax ads on other sites by sharing my email address. See Privacy Policy for more details." one unchecked.

I got my code and I had "receive news about new events and promotions" ticked and "ZeniMax ads on other sites" unticked.
(Also using ad and script blockers so I generally see no ads.)
