Game Crush Before Character Screen

after update v6.0.8 my game started crush just before character selection screen. i did repair couple times, reinstall entire game 4 times. also i did every possible solution on forum recommend from support. i didnt see any other topic same as mine, and also i can not submit ticket. any help welcome, thx
