skillbar malfunction after death in cloudrest

From googling his seems to have happened a few times to other people as well in cloudrest, early june.

I played cloudrest +2 and +3 yesterday evening and died a bunch of times. On at least three of these occasions, after being ressurected i could not use skills, light attacks, barswap or use synergies. I took damage, could be heled and did get the blue curse that you need to barswap from, to prevent team damage (which i could not). reloadui did not work, only restarting game. Seemed to only happen in CR.

My lag was bad at the time, seemed to be an internet service provider issue.

@Qwudd did you try to exit the game complete and then reload the game?

ummmm that defeats the purpose of the bug report? That shouldn't happen and it has now happened to me twice in the past week. Couldn't loot the last boss of the dungeon. I have good isp so it is the game.

Yes, that was my last resort and restarting The game resolved it. However, then i died again as we did several runs, and had it happened to me again, forcing me to restart game

I have a friend who has experienced this several times in Cloudrest. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be unique to the trial itself. Both myself and the aforementioned friend experienced the same bug (without dying) in veteran Unhallowed Grave.

This occurred just before the fight with Voria the Heart-Thief. We were fine before the boss fight, but somewhere between the initial grapple and our arrival at the boss, both of us lost the ability to use our skills, bar swap, or even dodge roll. All we could do was run around and look pretty. This persisted even after death (I threw myself off of the cliff to force a wipe since I was the tank and couldn't, y'know, tank without my skills).

I have absolutely no idea what could have triggered it as we were only grappling to the boss when it happened. The only similarity between us is that we were both on Wardens, but he's had the same bug happen on non-Warden characters. It was a very strange incident and the first time I've had that happen. The only fix we could find was to relog.
