I know this is going to sound weird but it happened. So I was just getting ready to leave the Tendir Vlaren Trader in Shornhelm while I was on my mount. I somehow either mounted up or ran into the top of the building shelf or box. I was trying to wiggle my self out but then the horse started making free fall animation as if falling from high heights. Then my health dropped from 100% to 25%. I tried moving a bit more than I died.
