For those who have completed Greymoor and had the Grappling Hook

i forget the quest ( Maybe one for Morthal ? ) but it was in a delve one of the NPCs used a grappling hook to open the door for you so you could escape, anyway my question is could you also use the grappling hook ( if you had it ) ? I didn't have it on the char I did the Chapter with and was just curious, incase there was a heavy sack or chest up there

People were complaining about it on the forums already, saying that that quest somehow made their characters forget how to use their grappling hook and how it ruins story continuity from Dragonhold. 2 -

✭✭✭✭✭It's deactivated and it ticked me off. I even found a path to it and it gave me option to talk to the grapple hook pillar.... Which was weird. Nope. Your character can Grapple in Dragonhold without any sort of Quest item in their inventory.Pretty sure you don't have a grappling hook unless you're given one. From what I remember in Dragonhold, it was always a quest item, and quest items are removed at the end of the related quest.
You can do the hidden Grappling points achievement in Southern Elsweyr without being on any quest.
That's my character on top of one of the Grappling puzzles, without any kind of Grappling item in my log.2 -
