I am locked in doing a few actions ingame, so it is almost imposible to play.

I took a break around when the Greymore PTS started, so I logged in a few days ago and I am not able to do some actions ingame, wrote a ticket already but writing here as well cause frankly it is weird and unplayable. I have 3 issues that I discovered:

1. I receive and see people whispering me, but none of the people I whisper are receiving my whispers
2. I am unable to buy anything from traders. The traders start their default line and stuck there in that screen.
3. I can't trade items with people, on my end it says trading failed, and on their end it says that trading is disabled curently.

I play on the EU server, my user is Stormitor

That doesn't sound like a bug but rather like a social ban. You might want to post your ticket number here, if you have opened a ticket, and tag some of the mods/admins such as @ZOS_BillE. They might be able to help you.

Although I do feel it's worth mentioning that there is always a reason someone gets a social ban - even though there are some cases where it is caused by add-ons (I'm on console myself, so I don't know any details, but I'm pretty sure there are automated mail-sending add-ons that some guild-masters like to use, which the game can interpret as spamming), and so is not entirely justified. There is always a reason, though, so maybe you did something that violated the TOS?

Sounds like a Social Ban. You'll need to send in a support ticket to have it removed. Be prepared to be patient.

There's a lot of those going around lately, so its probably nothing you "did", rather something just tripped their automated system that registers input to the server, most likely laggy inputs.
