Endless Loading Screen After Launch

I started having this problem yesterday, after the game went down for maintenance. At first the game couldn't patch properly, so I had to repair it (I was getting a message the files were 'in use' by another program'). After repairing, still received the same message, so I restarted my computer and that seemed to resolve whatever issue was happening. Game patched liked normal, but upon hitting 'play' on the launcher, I get hit with an endless load screen and can't even get into the character select screen. Anyone else having this issue? I use steam, and its specifcally my PC that cant log in. My laptop managed it just fine this morning.

I tried some of the methods linked but nothing worked. I decided to run the repair tool again, and that thankfully worked this time?
