Endless loading screen

Since today's patch (6/29), I have been unable to log into ESO on either server. Or rather, I can log in, but end up staring at the loading splash screen until it times out and takes me back to the login screen. The loading symbol is revolving, music playing, it just never loads the character select screen. I've tried repairing the game, restarting the launcher, rebooting my computer, and resetting my modem and router (as recommended on the support page). Still can't get in at all.
