Added two new Wayshrines along the northern coast of Western Skyrim, near the sites of the two northernmost Harrowstorm ritual sites
.

Thank you, but...What stopped you from doing this in Northern Elsweyr? Now that the zone is all but dead, can we get a couple added there as well, please?

Agreed, it's hardly worth going there since no one wants to fight the southern dragons. I have recently gone back for the antiquities lead, but it's not worth wasting the time standing around the single northern spawn point with everybody else, waiting for one dragon every fifteen minutes.

Several zones could use at least 1 or 2 new wayshrines in places far away from any wayshrine.

I didn't believe this until I saw it for myself last night. 2 dragons sitting in the south. Nobody fighting them, but as soon as the north one spawns, the zone comes together to kill it. They just leave the 2 others alone. I don't mind the run to them, but I have a maxed out mount. It must be torture for those that don't have that. ZOS has to start realizing that when people need to get somewhere fast or they miss out, they will simply choose not to go instead. ZOS, not everyone has a max speed horse on every toon. Please stop acting like they do.

Besides the mount speed issue, another reason people won't fight the remote dragons is that they can't/won't rez themselves on the spot with soul gems. I had no idea this was an issue until yesterday, because I always have stacks of surplus filled soul gems in my inventory. But apparently, some folks will only respawn at a wayshrine when they die, and since the prolonged dragon battles often result in multiple deaths, I can see why some would be reluctant to do all that unnecessary riding.

I think ZOS's answer to the dragon problem was Southern Elsweyr, although that's not really a solution and more just bait-and-switch.

a wayshrine near each of the south dragon spawns would definitely make the zone a little more popular for dragon hunting though, especially now that it's DLC and so a lot more people will be accessing it.
Shortly after the formation of the Ebonheart Pact, a Nord woman was given a tour of the Tribunal Temple. When later asked about the experience, she seemed upset. Suffice to say, the Dunmer were not pleased to hear this, and thus they inquired further.
"Well," the Nord frowned, "the priests were very angry and unwelcoming. They kept shouting things at me like "you can't drink that mead in here!" and "somebody stop her, she's running naked!" and "we can't catch her; she's covered in grease!""

Big improvement, agree that some should be added to Northern Elsweyr too or you should be able to port to the dragon (though not right on it).

Agreed. I hardly ever fight the two southern dragons since they are such a PITA to get to.

i feel like they should remove wayshrine north of dragonbridge or something, now that place looks clutter with wayshrines

How about move the Deepwood Vale wayshrine to near chilblain storm? I can’t wait for this change to hit the consoles.

Be safe and have fun :)

There are paths to the southern dragons from the north and from other wayshrines that many don't realise because they don't bother to explore, but had no idea people refusing to use their shards...? Would most certainly like to know the reason for that xD Maybe why I see people leaving chests? Maybe they are 'saving' lockpicks xD

Can we also have wayshrines moved or added in Vvardenfel, perhaps people will help killing WB there?

I suspect the reason people wont use soul gems is the same reason people leave that one piece of bronze in the treasure chest; they dont have ESO+. In which case every little big of bag space is precious.

Thanks to ZOS for the new wayshrines in W Skyrim. I have only done the dailies there once simply because it took hours to do the harrowstorms one. At least now I will do them more often. I do agree that N Elswyr could do with a quicker way to the Southern dragons.

It's a very small effort to take that one piece of bronze out and trash it. It's very obnoxious to let it inside for the next player that comes along.

In my opinion, the people who dont use soul gems are the people who didn't buy the Soul Lock passive that automatically becomes available as you get partway into the main quest. So they are not passively filling any empty soul gems in their inventory as they fight, like most of us do.

A stack of 200 empty and 200 filled soul gems should last you months, and really doesn't take that much inventory space.

I agree that the two wayshrines were needed in Western Skyrim. Not just for Harrowstorms, but that one delve is way out in the sticks and it is a pain to get to the northern excavation sites.

Also, adding or repositioning the Northern Elsweyr wayshrines near to the dragons would be nice, but... a better design might have been what I thought they were going to do, and that is make the dragons move between ALL of the dragon locations, not just the ones in the three areas.

Its weird that ya'll didnt start complaining about this when Elsweyr was there, now Greymoor is here and people start complaining about that 5-10 second longer travel distance.

I'd like an answer to this question if you have some information. I know that PC/Mac players got two new wayshrines on June 29th: Northern Watch and Giant's Coast, each near their respective harrowstorms in Western Skyrim. I have been looking for more information on them, hoping to find something in the Dev Tracker section, but don't see anyone saying anything about it, other than suggestions to add new wayshrines (unsurprisingly, right about where the two new ones on PC are).

I'm on PS4/NA, and would like to know if there's a planned date for adding these wayshrines to Western Skyrim. Aside from the 30 dailies, I'm done with all content on my main character, so this would have been a good thing to consider during PTS, instead of after everyone went back to farming gear, which will make the harrowstorms even more difficult. As a second "thing," maybe consider scaling the harrowstorm difficulty based on number of players in combat with harrowstorm mobs.
