Please Fix Break Free Desyncs

This is more than mildly frustrating, how many times can I sit on 75% stam and be unable to break free because the game just decides it's not allowed to execute the break free mechanic.

In PVE it's one thing, and in my experience, slightly less prevalent..

But in PVP, Jesus H Christ, this is so terrible that it hurts. CC immunity/break thing is so dysfunctional that I could record (and probably should have) instances where I'll be cc'ed while I have an active immunity buff up. (Such as shuffle/forward momentum.) and I could literally sit there and watch the immunity buff timer run out.. while i'm cc'ed.

It is beyond annoying, is there any work to actually fix this? I've heard it range from being a desync issue to not functioning properly at all under some circumstances.

    The whole pvp portion of this game is totally broken, and has been for years.

    We just work with all the lag outs, desyncs, exploiters, and yes even the cheaters.

    It has gotten much worse lately, but as loyal pvp players do, they go wreck others the best they can.

    Lately a couple factions are even able to overload a server and end up with way more players than aloud.

    Sooo enjoy what you can, report when needed.

    But, most of all try and have fun, its a game :)

    Shuffle and forward momentum protect only against snares/immobilization, not against hard cc.

    What is funny is I am starting to believe that most of the issues we see are due to the poor server performance. What I mean is that issues are most likely arising because of how bad the servers are handling the game. Zos could just be chasing bugs that all derive from server load.

    Imo other than disabling the anticheat or upgrading the servers, zos would have to make major game mechanic changes that would drastically hurt large group stacking.(Not a bad thing if you ask me) Pvp is so heavily geared towards winning by numbers instead of skill or counterplay. When the easiest path for players to take is just grouping up with more and more players, why bother actually going out and learning on your own.

    Generally lower/average players will make more ap running with the zerg than off solo, so why bother going solo? The only important ticks to really be there for and go after are the keep ticks, so why go to resources by yourself or with a friend? There are no downsides really to being in a larger and larger group, only benefits. If you start logging and testing server load issues, you will notice it does not even require fighting for the server to lag. Just having a group of 20+ healing and spamming buffs and proccing *** on each other while pvdooring is enough to slow the server down.
