Wild impulse on brp dot bugged, pulls ppl out of stealth

The 'wild impulse' dot from the brp staff pulls nbs out of stealth, kinda like sloads did. I assume it's because the original ability is a direct dmg ability(which is supposed to pull you out of stealth).
