Stuck at requesting login screen....

Anyone else having this issue? The game says it's requesting login and will crash or time out before getting to the character selection screen. Occasionally I will get to the character screen and again will time out or crash not allowing me to log into the game. This has been going on for about a half hour now and still no success logging in...

I was in game getting all kinds of glitches happening, logged out and I’m stuck at the same screen now.

When encountering an endless login screen, please try closing ESO and the ESO launcher. Open the ESO launcher again and run a repair. You may be missing an update or game files preventing you from logging in.
