Every alliance can onky get every tick once every 5? Minutes.
So if it flipped too soon after another flip you wont get anything

It wasn't a timer thing. The Bleakers one, I had just ported into Cyrodiil after a battleground and it was the first thing I did that would have earned AP there.

Its not a char timer. Its an alliance timer. So if anyone from your allialce takes something, nobody else will get a tick from the same thing for 5min or so

That does not seem correct. People flip keeps simultaneously; people take resources around a keep in a circle without 5 minutes between. If what you're saying was the case, I would have seen 'no ap earned' long before this event.

You missunderstand me.
Every ressource, keep, outpost, town has its own timer, per alliance
Lets take Ales farm for example.
DC takes it and gets ap. EP immediatly rides back and retakes it (EP gets AP) . The DC zerg comes back and caps it again. If the second capture of Dc was within the 5 min timer from DC first capture, they wont get ap.
They will however get ap for any other ressource (unless the ressource has a timer aswell)
