In the scryable section, include ones that both requires a lead and we have that lead, but aren't in the correct zone to scry.
Do not include ones you have automatically.

Antiquities also needs:- a timer for Leads: if they insist on making Leads expire, it should indicate that ingame with a timer.
- new filters: add a 'you have the Lead for it' filter to the search filters. Scryable can stay just the ones in the zone we're in, but at least add a filter to the menu to see which Leads we have instead of having to check all Antiquities in all zones one by one in case we forgot we picked up a Lead on one of our many characters.
- an ingame source list: I know external websites and AddOns exist, but honestly the game shouldn't list 'Hidden' Antiquities in Glenumbra and Grahtwood when the Lead comes from Cyrodiil and BGs. I know many people who wasted days of their time trying to get these in the zones themselves, when they don't even drop there. And there's nothing ingame to indicate that.

I don't play on console and I'm kind of tired of Zos relying on add-ons to make their UI be less frustrating to use.3 -

I'm sure they have plans to sell both the skill lines individually in the crown store in the future. I'm also aware that's not really what you're asking for.
