PC - EU : looking for social guild into questing etc

Hi everyone
Are there any good social guilds Who focus on questing + dont require you to be CONSTANTLY online
I play daily but sometimes only 10 minutes and sometimes 1 hour. So never really for a long time.
I d love to play with other players occassionaly ... however most groups are very intense and time consuming
So ... any people or gulds who like to quest together but know it wont be all the time ?
