Stop doing events if the System, Hardware, and all related IS NOT READY

I have played this game for more than 5 years, and as much as I love spend time here, is impossible to keep the enjoyment to log in and do whatever.

This EVENT is a complete FIASCO, the servers can not handle even Battlegrounds, even Cyrodyll in any campaign is unplayable (I havent been on IC but I'm certain is the same).

Stop, please STOP doing this kind of stuff if you are gonna stress even more the playerbase, the casual PVP players are gonna have a terrible and horrible experience where they see their toon gettin slaugthered by others without even have the chance to use a skill or even block some times.

You are losing what made this game so fun, the BUGS are everywhere, but this event is a new low for you ZOS.

Fix the game!

Yeah performance has been bad... Event just brings out on how badly they manage their systems as well.

I hate to be that guy, but I’ve been playing battlegrounds a ton since the event started and haven’t had any issues at all. I’m on the NA server. What server are you guys experiencing problems on?

Same. I haven’t ventured in Cyrodiil recently but I’ve had no issues in BG. Honestly, I’ve had no lag issues until I downloaded Addons. These lag issues disappeared once I deleted all my addons.

I think that parts of the event are working. I'm getting event tickets for doing daily quests. At least in Cyrodiil / Battlegrounds, Imperial City there were too many PvP'ers there for me to be able to sneak around and finish the daily quest. I leveled a Stam DK from beginner to rank 6 for vigor/caltrops yesterday in Battlegrounds with no issues, other than I am bad at PvP. Apologies to the groups that I got placed with. But the double AP got me to vigor/caltrops, even while not coming in first most of the time. And while doing the daily scouting quest in Cyrodiil I am riding horse across the map with no disconnects.

Lags are not caused by addons. Addons have NOTHING to do with it. It's 100% server issue. (provided your internet connection is fine)

I agree that performance issues are mostly on ZOS end and not addons. I mean, it's not like consoles have a great experience. But I've been able to find a lot of fun and passable performance in different campaigns during the event. I see no reason to not have it. I'd just avoid any campaign where I have to wait in a queue even for a little bit

I spent 9hrs in Cyro on Thursday and around the same yesterday.....

Late afternoon, early evening(BST) I had very few issues and tbh I was really, really surprised considering all the doom and gloom I've been reading recently!

Prime time I saw a few unexpected load screens and had slight issues with skills not firing, my ping stayed relatively stable and my FPS never dropped below around 25.

I had all my addons active and this was in Gray Host on PC-EU. There was some moaning in chat but it seemed to only be certain players having issues. I have avoided PVP for months because of what I've been reading, from my experience over last couple of days I won't anymore and am a bit annoyed I didn't actually check it out myself before now!

100% agree Cyrodill sucks bad, massive lag mico disconections also the mount bug arrrr it is NOT fun

Yeah,because 400 people in queue and you can enter cyrodiil After 2 hours waiting it's good? I don't even tried to go cyrodiil,i'm just playing rdr2 while i stay in craglorn checking for some raids,this Is what I pretty much do with this game from 5 month to now

We play cyro with it not being ready like for long time now, better to do it with an event can't be botherred so much. Got already like 2m AP in Cyro and imp city is fun. So I say its a blast

The extra servers were good for like half a day from the start of the event. After that, simply unplayable. Zos is obviously cutting back on their budget over the past year and it shows. But in a few months they will be hitting social media once again, marketing the great success of the game. Oh, btw, are the npcs on the 40 euros expansion still missing their soundbytes and lipsync animation?

I currently play survival mode (xbox NA+EU).

Stay awake until early morning (less people, less lag, less zergs in IC), do as many dailies as possible without turning them in.

So I can turn then in one by one within the next days to get at least some eventtickets. Alliance point farming not possible on xbox atm, even with double AP buff it takes longer than usual as the performance is terrible (just had 10 loadscreens riding from keep1 to the neighbouring one).

As if this would not be enough, even opening banker or guildstore, EACH action has seconds of delay. Filling up guildstore slots or crafting - forget it. I'm out for today, at 8pm

I had hoped that off-peak times (NA player) would be better. I was running to Bruma, and as soon as I got nearish the DC zerg I was awash in latency and loadscreens. The clincher for me was getting caught in someone's time-stop bubble spell. I was affected by the spell a couple seconds before the animation. Very sad. It wasn't rage I felt as I logged out, but disappointment. It could be so much better.

On the other hand, when I reloaded good old Skyrim (TES V), I had no lag whatsoever. Also, I ordered a Huion art tablet. Hopefully that shows up tomorrow or monday. Then I'll be playing with my new toy.

I think the second one. It seems having an opinion according to some fans is a big sin. What ever happened to respectfully disagree with people's opinion. Sadly it's their view or we are haters then. That is the biggest sin.

That sounds about right.

Ive done my 18 characters to tier 1 for rewards but my god even that participation has been punishing. Im reduced to getting blessing of war and mayhem buff and the jerking around some keep trying to hit skills that wont fire and hoping my side get an O or D tick so i can log off.

they know they cant do much about performance, thats why they push out events regardless of the situation the game is in, so rather take it the way it is than no events and no improvements.

This last time I didn't get back in on the 3rd login try so I'm stuck in another 2+ hour queue.

Well from Friday to Sunday; I have seen performance degrade even on lower pop servers. I change my mind. Need to fix the game, or reboot the servers daily
