Templar Skill Repentance, Working only about Half the time

As the title states,



I was farming a public dungeon for a lead, and noticed that Repentance would fire only about half the time with corpes on the ground (lit up as usual).

This is the first time I am noticing anything wrong with the skill. Wondering if anyone is noticing issues with it?
