I am living in Serenity Falls Estate and I absolutely love it. But it is an older estate, and has some structural damage on the outside, where a large stone corner decoration has fallen and lies crumbled on the steps.
I would love a feature that allowed us to repair this damage. We're could pick this object up and reassemble it on its original spot. It would probably still have some visible cracks present, and a few small chips that were too crumbled to go back in place, so it wouldn't be perfect. But it's not unreasonable to think that we would attempt a repair, especially in light of all the other meticulous decorating we are allowed.
Please consider this.

I will say that after I finally got the Witches Cottage, I ran around with various stones and with some of the marble walls and such from Summerset and fixed up the walls/stone considerably, so it is "sort of" possible in some places now.Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.***Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis0 -

✭✭✭✭✭I'm able to put a similar decoration in the place where the original once sat, and it looks pretty decent. But I still have a large broken and crumbled decoration lying on my steps. At the very least let us remove the broken object.PCNA0 -

Notice that I placed an identical column on the unbroken column on the other side of the steps, just to make them appear more similar.
It was turning night in the second screenshot, but you can still see the fix.
