... of playing?

I've been working, so I haven't been too bothered, but I was planning to get a jump on Midyear Mayhem quests after clocking out. Now I'm thinking, if it's not fixed soon, instead I will maybe put on a documentary (any good recommendations?), and bake a peach pie, since we are in the thick of peach season here.

Anyone else doing anything fun or anything they've been putting off while the servers are down? (Positive answers, please, we already have multiple complaint threads.)

I spent a lot of time outside in the park enjoying the sun

    Now I’m relaxing at home

Sometimes it’s good to take a break from the game ([snip]).

    Have fun all.

I've been watching my friend stream Skyrim for me via Discord, she has a lot of fun mods and I've given her tips and console codes to aid her. We're still waiting to get to Greymoor, but at least the OG Skyrim works - if it doesn't crash. ;)
PC-EU (Steam) - Roleplayer, Quester, Crafter, Furnisher, Dungeoneer - Fashion Scrolls - CP 2300+
I tank on each class, my favorite is tanksorc!

I didn't know the game was down until I came to the forums.

I'm sorting photographs and doing some minor touch-ups in Photoshop. Took a break to eat lunch and decided to read the forums while doing that.
and then the parrot said, "must be the water mines green too."

Played some Fortnite with my grandson. Read some research material for a project coming up. Watered the garden. Played with the dog. And came back here to see if anything had changed.

    It hasn't.

So I am off to read and maybe watch some TV. I won't bother with ESO until tomorrow when I expect we'll have new issues to sort out

Have been on The Last of Us Part II a few times today, that's helped keep me sane. About 4 hours in and exploring the first big area in Seattle, I know there's been a backlash against the game (I've watched a big chunk of the game too on a stream, pretty much the entire 2nd half) but for randomly playing here and there it seems good so far.

I have no real interest in the story so all of the drama about that doesn't really bother me that much.

Yeah. Not sure why there's a backlash as the game has been really enjoyable up until now. I am also in Seattle and having fun there. Probably won't play any more tonight as it's very engaging and I want to get an early(ish) night

Hmmm.m... thinking seriously of starting another character in Morrowind (yes, TES III)
Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.
    ***
Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis

If you have cable, you might already have access, but I bought BBC America - Seven Worlds, One Planet on Prime. AMAZING documentary series about how life evolved after the breakup of the super continent Pangea into the seven continents. I've inhaled 3 of them so far! https://www.imdb.com/title/tt9805708/

Without posting spoilers for those trying to avoid them I can see why some people have got wound up with certain areas of the story and gameplay, but yeah a lot of the complaints are over the top and the review bombing of the game makes it hard to get any real idea of how users are rating it in general too.

It's amazing what the creators have managed to do on a PS4 though, I don't even have a pro and it looks crazily good. Gameplay is good as well so far. I'm guessing it might get repetitive as it goes on, but it's not something I'm trying to grind through so it's no big deal.

Ticking off relatively useless Game Pass achievements, ATM. Trying to kill rabbits with stones in The Long Dark and “firing up the delivery truck” in whatever the archaic Delivery game is. It is just not the same as stacking quests to turn in once (read: if?) MYM actually starts tomorrow. Kill me. Lol.

There's a nature documentary on Netflix that I really enjoyed, I think it's called "Our Planet". Some absolutely gorgeous scenery and it's narrated by David Attenborough.

Also I recently saw this 5 part documentary on YouTube about South Georgia and the Wildlife living on the Island. Again, there's absolutely stunning shots and it's really interesting imo. Think it's called "wildlife: resurrection island" (should be easy to find, each part is about 5-10 mins long).

That is a great suggestion for sure.

I'd like to add the discovery channel 7 part series, both of them, Blue Planet: Seas of Life, and Blue Planet: Seas of Life II. They are both 7 part series, and are absolutely astonishing. If you have any interest in the ocean at all, this is the series for you! Oh, they are narrated by David Attenborough too, so it doesn't get any better than that.

I mowed the lawn. It was on my agenda anyway but I got an early start. Then I sat on the porch watching birds at the feeder while I dug into my newest Stephen King book, If It Bleeds, which I'm going to try my best to make last more than a couple days. Before too long I'm going to pick up some Chinese food for dinner.

Well, I was playing ESO until just before the server went down, at which time I switched to TES:Arena for a few hours. Then I had to get some sleep. By the time I was ready to play some more ESO this afternoon, the PC NA server was up and running again. I haven't been on the PC EU server yet.
I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!
