All day for a "reboot". No contingencies planned, no prevision, no &%$#ing nothing. This is just incredible.

If this happened in my workspace and I was the responsible I'd be already fired. And I can assure that 100%. And even more being this a repeated offense like it is.

Every dissatisfied customer doing that in moments such as these, forming a barrage of e-mails that has to be sorted. Wouldn't letting people vent in bulk in a few threads and then scrapping them be less effort? Anyway I'll stop replying to your posts. I don't want you to feel I have something against you.
