User name or password incorrect on both accounts

This just started 5 minutes ago. Both accounts, neither can get logged into game at all. And I see that you're doing maintenance on the account.elderscrolls.com site, so can't check my accounts there either.

I just tried, it said my account was inactive or doesn't exist and to try logging in through Steam. I don't have Steam, didn't buy through Steam, never log in through Steam.
