Icy Conjurer set Not triggering off Minor Vulnerability

Casting Fetcher infection no longer triggers the Ice Wraith to appear.

It will appear after casting winter's revenge, if the target is affected by chilled, but that doesn't really make sense as per the wording of the set.

Same here on PS4. Ty for the post, btw. I thought I lost my mind when testing this lol.

Using the warden skill fetcher Infection, which applies minor vulnerability to enemies, also isnt working

Nightblades teleporting strike that also aplies minor vulnrability also does not proc this set

I also had this bug, before greymoor the set is fine, right now only chill can proc this set

Try it on a mob. I’ve had it not proc on a target dummy but it did on a mob.

Maybe because the Iron Atro dummy already has Minor Vuln applied? Still should function for testing purposes though.

Doesn't work on mobs either, nor on the standard 3/6mil dummies. (Using Fetcher Infection)

Was this ever fixed as I am finding inconsistencies and my build is based around this
