Warden - reverse slice?

Just trying to get a decent build to play with you all in MYM (maybe more). Wondering why Alcast has Reverse Slice for Wardens instead of Executioner? Is there some advantage for wardens for it? Seems like other builds recommend Executioner.

Wardens have great aoe burst damage and reverse slice adds to the aoe potential as you can put a lot of targets at low health at once and finish them at once

Doesn't reverse slice get reduced by Major Evasion even on your primary target? If so it'd be a compelling argument to run Executioner instead.

This is a good point.. I am following this thread now. I need answers.

I would assume it would get reduced, but is it enough of a reduction to matter hmm

It requires a target though so it’s not purely an AOE. Single target with splash damage? Not sure how evasion applies here. I would be doubtful at first glance.
