I have played this game for 4 years an at no time have I thought of stopping until now. The timeout of loading screens just walking is driving me nuts. I’ve had the game freeze, completely reboot my system, npc’s that can’t be targeted......other things.
PLEASE FIX THIS VERY BROKEN AREA!!!

How is this even possible?
I know if I were on their staff and were a person who took pride in the quality of my work in any amount whatsoever, I would have insisted we put out a patch to fix the most egregious of the bugs last week. Putting it off to today would have filled me with an overwhelming sense of near-unbearable shame. Putting it off to next week would have killed any pride I had ever had in my performance of my duties.
But what do I know? I have a job where I'm expected to take responsibility for my mistakes and fix them immediately--and I've been threatened with firing the couple of times I made a mistake that ever made it to the client. It probably biases me.

Personally, I blame the management and how they "communicate". ZOS just likes to absolve themselves of accountability via their TOS. It's sad that the CMs can't make a to-do list of hot-topics and regularly follow up with the player base. That's change management 101.

Yep even in streams people ask for performance stuff and they ignore it. Sad really. But what do you expect they rather keep shaking us to use crown store. Inb4 performance updates are crown purchases.

When the iron is hot it is time to strike. I encourage anyone with a platform that reaches out to many people and simply tell the truth about the game. Which isn’t subjective. I could make a list of all known bugs and how long they’ve been in the game.
ZoS does not care about its most loyal player base.
As long we continue spending money, they will continue to not care until it actually impacts their revenue. Too bad because ESO could have been the greatest MMO ever.
