Infinite loading screen AGAIN after latest patch

Halfway through May, about 16th i think, I got the infinite loading screen after selecting my character (My main is in my house which is infinite loading screen). Im on PC EU. I contacted support and they took weeks to reply with potential fixes i could try which didnt work. For some reason, NA servers work but not EU and i dont play on NA so thats useless. This got fixed when greymoor dropped and i could play the game again. but after the latest patch, this started again and its so annoying. I've tried every fix and contacted support again which i'll prob get a reply once a week from them which is a long time. Why is this still a thing? Would forcing my main character to warp somewhere else other than my home fix this issue? is there a bug correlating with warping into houses that can bug the game and this happens? i've tried other characters and its still infinite loading screen. Hope to get some help soon. Thankyou.
