How to change path for ESO (Steam)

Okay so:

I tried just copying over the files into a newly created steam library on the SSD, but when I try to open ESO, it sticks with the old path and I can't change it.

I can't change the path in Properties on Steam either because the move files just isn't an option there.

Anyone know how to get this fixed?

steam has to be turned down
you copy from
steam/steaapps/ this one 306130.acf
steam/steamapps/common and this one ZOS folder
and you created another games folder on ssd lets call it Steam 2 here you put 306130.acf
and create another folder common where you put ZOS ( rename zos and .acf - put .bak at the end of the name instead of deleting)
and you start steam and Eso from your steam library library ( or check your desktop shortcut right button, web document it has to be steam://rungameid/306130 if it is its ok to use it if no go from library)
i think it was all
(when you want you can delete your .bak copies)
