Greymoor Rising Quest Glitch

When entering the Castle Dour Courtyard and being prompted to Listen to Your Companions, the game plays through the scene but will not allow me to follow my companions out any of the doorways. This has been happening to both my husband and myself whether we are logged in together or separate. We can go back into the temple and into the courtyard and watch the scene replay over and over, but cannot move past this point. Any assistance would be appreciated.

This is still an issue on Xbox and it’s now October and reset game and Xbox does not fix this issue please sort this out this is gettin a joke
