Hello, I am about creating new guild which will be focused on educating new players. Goal to this is not keep as many players as it can, instead raise their rank with aquired knowledge.
Areas of this focus are mainly boss mechanics, group dungeons farming, crafting and money making, pledges and theirs mechanics, player behaviour, understanding their roles in group, build making.

How to pronounce it to the people, how to show them ropes, make them happy to be member of such guild?
