Does Stamsorc hurricane scale as direct damage now? Or is it still a dot?

What stats do resto staff light and heavy attacks scale with?

I can't confirm in-game that it's correctly scaling with Thaumaturge, but Hurricane is a DoT

Resto light & heavy attacks scale with Spell Damage, Max Magicka, and Spell Critical. I forget how it scales with DoT/direct damage bonuses, but they did just make some minor adjustments to it in patch 6.0.5 (PC)

Thanks for answer. I heard hurricane was changed to DD. Could be untrue.
