Moving UI Elements Around

Hello, I have been trying to use a few addons, like-quest tracker and mini map. However the quest tracker is in the middle of the screen and when I click 'reset UI' it moves over the minimap. What I would like to do is either enter in cursor mode so i can move the pointer over the quest list tab and move it where I 'd like it to be, or enter a UI arrangement mode Where I can move all UI elements around. I dont know if there is another way to put the quest tracker where I want and since I am new to the game, I 'd like to ask you guys , how would you do it? Thank you in advance
