I have 144hz and high fps (200+fps in normal situation and 30 to 100 in trial) what is best solution for a fluent gameplay? Is it no cap fps, freesync on e vsync Off?

I am curious aswell about this. Also, is there a visible difference between 144hz and 200Hz + screens?

200+ in normal and 30-100 in trial... i mean that's just painful to read. I'm on a system with normally 100ish and in trials 40-50. I'm sure my system isn't high end what so ever.... let's take a second to realize how badly optimized this game is. There is no solution for fluent gameplay as ESO doesn't rely on the GPU all that much.
